- Monday – Thursday: $85 per hour, 3 hours minimum – cleaning fees may apply.
- Fridays and Sundays: $900 – Additional hours may be purchased at $125 per hour.
- Saturdays: $1500 – Additional hours may be purchased at $150 per hour.
The event time on weekends is 6 hours. Renters are allowed in two hours before their event for decorating and set-up and one hour after the event for cleanup. In some instances, it may be possible to set-up the night before.
- Events occurring Sundays – Thursdays must end by 11pm with cleanup and vacating the building by 12am.
- Events occurring Fridays and Saturdays must end by 12am with cleanup and vacating the building by 1am.
Closed on Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Year’s Day.
Please keep in mind to reserve your date early when the holidays are approaching, as we will book up quickly.
